Thank you for shopping at Roshade.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Roshade

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Zeal Software Applications.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Application.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Refund Rights

You are entitled to refund Your Order within 14 days with a clear reason for doing so.

The deadline for refunding an Order is 14 days from the date on which You purchased the Goods.

In order to exercise Your right of refund, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Refunds for Prorated Amounts

You have the right to cancel your Order and request a refund within 14 days of receiving your Goods, without giving any reason. However, if you cancel after using or consuming part of the Goods, you will only receive a prorated refund for the unused or undelivered portion.


The prorated refund will be calculated based on the duration, usage, or any other quantifiable metric relevant to the specific Goods.


Please note that the calculation of the porrated amount will be done at our sole discretion, and may vary depending on the nature of the Goods or services purchased. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate prorated refund amount on a case-by-case basis.

Conditions for Refunds

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase


The following Goods cannot be refunded:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

Goods will only be refunded in the following scenarios:

  • The Goods that are licensed by Us are damaged or broken, such that it is unusable.
  • A trial period does not apply, and you are unsatisfied with the product.

Subscription-based Goods will only be refunded for their last billing period.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
